"The pros: Walking distance to many restaurants and friendly staff. The cons: The maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel is terrible. Hallways are full of chipped and peeling wallpaper, the shower and sink had pink rings of soap scum and mildew, there were stains on the walls and carpets, and handprints from previous guests on the windows."

"The A/C unit was noisy and struggled to operate. The tv would pause while watching any program on any channel. The toilet bowl was cracked and did not flush well. The room had a cluster of odiferous aromas with a base of tobacco smoke. The stairway was similar was a urine odor prevailing. The shower, refrigerator and bed were adequate. The room was not serviced during my 2 night stay. The front desk personnel was friendly and handled chcking in and out efficiently."

"Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds."

"Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay."

"Rooms were clean and well stocked, had more storage than any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was ok, but it complimentary so can’t complain. Parking was close and well lit. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Kent State which is what we were there for."

"This property is not handicapped accessible, it smells so bad I instantly got a headache. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in due to the smell and other very poor reasons, hotel said we stayed for the entire stay and not wanting to give a refund. Locals also stated this location has had many issues involving law enforcement to be present. Do not recommend!!!!"
