"Beautiful, quiet location. This is not overcrowded, there is plenty of space and the facilities are clean. The site is well thought out. The pods are below a small hill/cragg, with lots of wildlife. 7 Mar 2020At this time of year it is very quiet which i like. There's a number of good places to eat. There are a good range of independent shops as well as others. The scenery is fabulous and there are lots of walks and hiking opportunities.

24 Feb 2020The visitor's centre at the dam is definitely worth a visit, explaining the history of how the dam was built. Home baking in the cafeteria was delicious!
