"To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...

"Very friendly host, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Beams were a little low near the bed so remember to duck! Plenty on offer for continental breakfast including homemade bread. Due to covid we struggled finding places to eat however we were able to use the oven in the kitchen to heat up some food we bought from the nearby co-op. We visited the reindeer centre and it was amazing I thoroughly recommend this trip!"

"Having read excellent reviews of Tayview Lodges, my wife and I arrived with great expectation and we were most certainly not disappointed. Our lodge, Little Lodge 2, was immaculate and in pristine condition. The spotlessly clean windows afforded uninterrupted views of the serene surroundings, the lodges being extremely well spaced out. The owners, Ross and Georgina were away for the duration of our stay but we were warmly welcomed by Georgina’s father, Duncan. The nearby towns of Pitlochry and...

"Beautiful, quiet location. This is not overcrowded, there is plenty of space and the facilities are clean. The site is well thought out. The pods are below a small hill/cragg, with lots of wildlife. Deers can be seen along the ridge line during the evening. Plenty of walks nearby and further a field. Highly recommend."
