The food and staff at the hotel are incredible. We really felt at home and loved the cocktail masterclass as well as the 5 course dinner. The special touches for a birthday were especially appreciated.

We'd been excited to stay at SAORSA1875 for so long and it definitely did NOT disappoint. Staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The property is just stunning, rooms were quaint and thoughtfully decorated. Dinner at the restaurant was out of this world amazing. What a gem for anyone who is seeking a vegan hotel. A truly lovely and comfortable stay. Our only sadness is that we were not able to spend longer in this magnificent property! Thank you!

This hotel is uniquely wonderful. It is an oasis of happiness in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, cosy and warm. The food was divine and menu so well considered. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing hotel.

It is a chic hotel with an enchanting garden. The dining experience was scrumptious and the drinks were delectable. We will definitely be back as we loved our stay, just needed some extra water pressure in the shower.
