Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. "Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection. Very rude since we still had two hours unto checkout. Do no recommend"

"They no longer have Kuerig in the room. I stay there often. Hotel says "enjoy fresh coffee 24/7 in lobby". If you want to get ready with a coffee, you have to get dressed and go down to get coffee and then back to room. I expect coffee in my room. Holiday Inn Manitowoc had a Keurig Thursday. Back door to parking lot has a place for key card, but you didn't need to use it. Anyone could walk in 24/7. I assume it wasn't being monitored. Front desk said you only need to use it in the winter.
