"I don’t think I can fault this hotel!
The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were!
We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway.
I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy. "

"We were allowed to check in early and really needed that. The front desk personnel were very helpful and explained about the train lines and we bought the tickets at the hotel and used the red and blue line trains to travel. "
