Charming and in itself a nice room but NOISY! The cafe downstairs goes until midnight and from 6am onwards, you have street cleaners and venders setting up their outdoor activities. The windows don't close well so it's like sleeping on the street. A general lack of routine maintenance on amenities. For example, the pilot light button on the stove didn't work so you had to use a cigarette lighter. There was a lighter next to the stove with 'kitchen' written on it so this is not a recent defect. If I'd make money from visitors, I would have these things fixed.

it's right in the middle of shopping district 5 minutes walk from Pisa Central Station and prob 20-25 minutes walk from Leaning Tower of Pisa. Great location to explore Pisa, lots of food and amenities nearby. There is a pizza shop just a few metres away that serves geeat, fresh pizza for 4-5euros. Toilet is shared and breakfast is simple. Overall great for a short visit.

A nice sized room in the owners residence with a kitchen and bath. Clean, good location. A little noisy with the owner and others upstairs.

Easy walk from the train station. On a pedestrian mall, lots of nearby food and shopping. Short walk to Leaning Tower. Noisy on a Saturday night, bring earplugs.
