"Great location on the lake, close to town center. Easy street parking. Our room had a balcony and view of the lake. We really enjoyed beautiful Puigcerdà!"
"The view was amazing even better than in the photos when I booked. The evening meal was very regional and not as much choice as in other Paradors. As usual I’d recommend half board for value. The breakfast was lovely though for the first 30 minutes or so there was only one girl doing everything she did a good job. The swimming pool was fabulous great location really clean and drinks available to buy poolside. Really peaceful location we only stayed for one night wish we had stayed longer."
"The room was clean but small and overpriced. No window or fan in the bathroom either. No AC and with the window open the street ( a major road ) was way noisy.
I’m sure there’s nicer rooms but ours was less than I hoped for."
"Geweldig hotel, geweldige medewerkers. De aardige dame die ik in de ochtenden trof sprak vloeiend Engels (Gaelic), Frans en maarliefst een paar woorden Nederlands. De lekkere producten bij het ontbijt maakte het verblijf top.
Volgende keer zeker terug met mijn vrouw en dan een kamer aan het terras/zwembad."
