"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"
