"Stinky and in maintained and disappointed"

"the property is on remodeling, so most of hotel area is blocked. all area of the room are outdated. a/c has noisy, carpet is old and smell bad. but staff is great."

"Had to wait a hour to get our towels back from when they picked up the laundry to wash. Had somewhere to go and couldn’t even shower because we had no towels. Nowhere does it mention that your towels will be taken for a hour. If that was noted definitely wouldn’t have booked this room "

"Staff was amazing and pleasant to speak with. Issue namely was the toilet in our room was clogged when we went to use it and the maintenance man wasn’t in. While it was disappointing the staff immediately helped by offering another room (which I didn’t take because we checked out that day anyways). So while facilities were lacking due to the rework it was under the staff was fantastic and truely made the stay pleasant."

"The lobby was clean. Although my room wasn’t the greatest. The hinge to the door that covered the fridge was broken. The sink stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. It drained very very slowly. Also there was some mold in the corner of the bathtub. I ordered Door Dash, the driver left my food in the lobby and someone stole it when I went to pick it up. The front desk clerk honestly looked guilty when I asked if he seen anyone take it as he was the only one there. Just kind of sketchy…"
