"I don’t know how many options are available around Pioneer town, but this has to be one of the best of them. Me and my fiancé stayed there for a concert at happy and Harriet and found the room to be extremely comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the decor was interesting. The staff was very helpful during check-in. We were able to sit outside under the stars in the evening as it was quiet even for a night where there was a concert across the way. I definitely want to come back again and experience playing in your town and possibly stay for an entire weekend."

"This place is very quaint and quite. I enjoyed the not so busy location but not to far from the main area of Palm Springs. My Pros and Cons of this hotel for me was...The shower, although very nice, you almost need instructions to know how to turn it on. But once you figure it out it was very nice. This is an older hotel so the bathroom ventilation isn't all that great. The bed sheets on the be aren't really deep pocket. So waking up with the sheet undone was good. Although the mattress was super comfortable. The TV service was horrible. We kept getting no service for the channels we did get and the internet connection wasn't good on the TV and the apps wouldn't wk. I got sick and was in the room for a day so this was frustrating. The fridge in our room was small and broken inside. So the space for food and drinks was very limited. But our other families rooms had the bigger fridge as shown in the site pictures. The pool was the biggest fun for me. Such a nice pool area to hang out at. Although the towels were hardly ever out and we had to call for some everyday. It wasn't that many people there. But they would bring them right away when we asked for them. The best part of this hotel is the STAFF. EVERYONE was soooo nice and helpful. The lady who works the mornings on the weekend was the best. But everyone was. House keeping, maintenance, front dest, gardeners. EVERYBODY! If I had a problem or needed something the we're very accommodating."

"There is no front desk which I hadnt basically read the emails before I arrived because I booked same day but the gentleman at the bar was very helpful and notified the staff and the lady came by in a few minutes and checked me in. It was super hot that day so I believe that explains why the Jacuzzi water was not hot but more like unheated temperature."
