"What a wonderful vacation! I stayed in early February 2026 on a mother-son getaway. We stayed in one of the spa suites and enjoyed the animals and the birds in the tree off our deck. I just can’t say enough great things about this place: the views (incredible sunsets), the food, Happy Hour cocktails, the pool, the friendly and attentive staff (shout out to Francisco, José, Roxy and Noelia). Be sure to rent a car and explore the area. And take advantage of the excursions that the hotel can book...

You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. "Lovely little oasis in Uvita. The pool is exceptional as was the breakfast. Only small complaint is the air fresheners that fill the room with a sickly sweet odor. We unplugged them both and the air cleared after a couple of hours."
