"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom...

"We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. "We booked a standard room and it was available only on the 2nd floor. We upgrated to a delux room ground floor. Everything was ok, except the rhe wifi was intermittent and no shompoo provided in the bathroom. Overall, we have had a plesant stay for 2 nights. "
