"Grab and go breakfast terrible. Check-in--no one there and a sign was posted that they would be back shortly. Waited 20 min., went out to my car, came back, still no one there. Finally checked in, room needs touch-up paint throughout. No remote for TV. Took 45 min. for them to bring one. Well-worn property. Smells musty. Very expensive for what I got. Motel 6 in Pinole nearby is a decent property at half the price!"

"My stay here was great. The room was clean, decent towels, quiet, great AC unit. I had no issues with my stay and when the drive thru didn't give me a fork, I was able to get one from the office. I would stay here again."

"Hotel was under renovation. That was not disclosed during the time of booking. The tv in the room stopped working after 2 hours of getting situated, as well as the phone inside the room. The hotel offered to change the room, but only had rooms with queen beds available. We were too exhausted to pack up and drag our luggage to another room, so we just stayed in that room. The hotel stated free full continental breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning and were each handed a brown paper bag with a grab-and-breakfast. It was awful!! Don’t even ask about the gym - it was not accessible due to the renovations. Extremely disappointing experience. I felt mislead and borderline scammed! The staff were friendly and our cars remained safe in the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here unless the hotel actually provides exactly what is stated on their website. You have been warned. "

"I stayed in 2 different rooms due to taking a side trip. In one room I had no coffee maker so was given one - it didn’t work. I took it back and got another - it didn’t work. My tub drain barely drained so I stood in dirty water, the heater didn’t work well, I have to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the doors due to visible dirt and my shower mat towel was filthy - I had to ask for a clean one. In the second room, I also had to wipe down the doors, the heater worked great but the air conditioner did not & the blow dryer was broke."
