"Check in was ok, not terrible and not good. Hotel was in okay shape, a litte dirty. Pool was cool, no towels, no services at the pool either. Parking on site is very misleading, there are maybe 7 stalls in front, (ALL Full the entire time) no other options for parking, except paid $$ cost us $16€. Room had a broken front window, very noisy, could hear people outside, clearly. Room was clean. Temperature was difficult to moderate, room was overly warm, air conditioning not working properly....

Firstly, it was not straightforward to get the code to access the property. Having called the number as requested I was told to message, having already done so that morning without receiving a response. Several messages later I was able to get access to the room.
