"Overall had a great time… that is until the end of our trip. Around midnight we found a gigantic water bug/roach in our room- specifically landing on one of our beds. My husband tried killing it through many attempts until it finally died but the juices from attempted squishing were all over the bed. This thing was like 3in big! We called the front desk for a new bed fitting. They sent two blankets with, I’m guessing a maintenance man, who said he was not in housekeeping and could not change it...

"The a/c in the hallway was not cooling and there was no breakfast and we stayed there two days and we didn’t get any towels or our second night we stayed."

"The room was clean. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke. I had a non smoking room. I guess the smell was coming through the air conditioning vents."
