"Ok hotel when money is tight. Only stayed one night but the room was clean and the beds were pretty comfy."

"Relatively new building, but not well maintained. Our first room had a very obviously broken Queen size bed resting on an angle. We were moved to another room and the telelvision did not work. One of the clerks tried to fix it, but in the end we gave up. In the morning we tried to open the motorized blackout shades, but the wall button did not work. I asked the clerk how it operated and confirmed it was broken. At one point i was waiting on line to speak with the clerk and overheard the 2 guests in front of me complaining about issues in their room...running toilet, water spraying out of the shower head and into the bathroom. The clerk told me the manager doesnt come in until 11am. I realized that is safely after most guests have departed. I was told i would receive a $50 refund, which has yet to materialize. The staff was very friendly, but the owner of this franchised hotel seems to be neglecting basic repairs, which is a shame since it damages the Tru brand. "

"Poorly ran hotel. Toilet would not flush and bath tub would not drain. Not happy. I have seen better places than this. No ice machine. Fire extinguisher missing from hall way. I would recommend tearing down and starting over. Will not stay there again."

"This property is right off the interstate with no traffic. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend "
