"A very beautiful hotel right by the sea. The entire staff (owner, reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. "The staff at Terradimare were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is just a short walk to San Teodoro and super convenient to a market. The pool was lovely. We had a small issue with our room and it was rectified immediately. If in the area I would definitely stay at Terradimare again. "

"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. "Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm.
The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel.

You need a car as a good walk to the village.

Sweet breakfast, nice homemade cakes and quiche's but needs more fresh fruit, not just watermelon.
Toast and hot breakfast not offered.
Option of iron and ironing board would be useful.
Towels and bedding changed after 3 nights unless you pay extra.
Small Patio facing communal gardens, no sun for the room we had.

"Rooms are good, staff is helpful and forthcoming. Airport pick drop was good and reasonable. There is nothing except your room, no reception, no waiting area, no lobby or any gaming area like pool etc. Very discreet and under developed area. Limited options to eat or go anywhere. "
