"It was a decent hotel "

"This place needs oversight. In Fitness Room, all three treadmills out of order and they were not working on previous stay three months prior! Ridiculous. Ice machine on my floor produces no ice. A lot is ignored here. "

"We had an issue with the pullout bed and the toilet was broken, but the staff was responsive and corrected the problem"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was clean and comfortable Bed slept good. We didn’t eat the breakfast so not sure how that was. Parking was free so that’s a plus! There’s a parking deck next to the hotel . Staff was welcoming . No issues. But the property was very nice . Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel smells awful. We walked in and the lobby was dirty. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional and not friendly at all. The agent Jasmine had the worst attitude and not pleasant. The room had stains on their couch and then housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They didn’t offer to switch rooms when I complained about the room not being cleaned- instead Jasmine said she can give us new sheets but we had to make our on bed. "

"Plenty of parking. Little bit closer to the highway so a little louder than most hotels. Otherwise, clean room, great amenities. Breakfast A+! Coffee A+! Texts about room experience from manager was a nice touch!! Overall nice hotel going through minor renovations, but still great stay!! Great room!!"

"Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event....

"Do not stay here, cockroaches on our bed! Dirty , torn chairs, sticky floors! Completely disrespectful to the human race! Not joking "

"Location, amenities, breakfast, and parking were all Hampton Inn standards. House keeping was horrible. Stayed 4 nights and they never once came in our room. Front desk couldn’t tell me why. I did not used the do not disturb… we were out of the room every morning by 8am."

"Unhappy with my stay, we were there for 3 nights. No hairdryer in the room, housekeeping never came to clean out garbage or to give us new towels. TV never had service, no input constantly on the screen after I tried to unplug many times."

"Do NOT believe the pictures on this listing. No quality here at this “Quality Inn”! I never give reviews but felt I must in this case to help future guests avoid the shock and buyers remorse. Especially when going through Expedia and can’t cancel so you’re stuck with it. The entire property is falling apart- from parking lot craters, hallway carpet ripped, doors don’t shut, broken windows, green pool, room laminate flooring warped, landscaping neglected, breakfast limited, sliders barely...
