"Worst environment to be in"

"My significant other and I stayed on the 2nd floor. It was actually amazing. Ever since new management has taken over, I definitely notice the changes. I sleep so well when I come here. This was my 2nd stay. I’m looking forward to trying the kitchenette room next, but I love the environment. The staff is nice and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome as well and the rooms are fully ventilated. I prefer this hotel over previous hotels I’ve been to. As they have a mini fridge and microwaves in the room, which is my preference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know."

"Extremely nice staff, and breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and black out curtains were amazing for daytime sleeping. They also offer ear plugs and white noise machines since they are so close to the interstate. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in as far as making sure their customers are well taken care. They are definitely a 5-star for me. "

"The room was very clean and matched the online description. There are NO directions once you arrive at the facility to help you find your room. The microwave did the new stupid lock feature to protect children and ate our glass dish we had brought with us on the night of arrival. We notified maintenance/host, but when we checked out 2 days later, the microwave still had our dish and zero response from maintenance. My MAIN complaint is the lack of instructions telling you how to get to anything in this apartment complex. Outside of that, I can live with losing a dish."
