"Absolutely β€” here’s a warm, polished review that highlights all the things you loved: We had such a wonderful stay in Mallorca! The staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the restaurant to the bar and the spa β€” so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We especially loved the swim-up pool bar β€” such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day! The massage was also fantastic and the perfect way to unwind. Jesus was the best bartender. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. We would happily stay here again!"

"Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can."

"we have been to this hotel several times and from start to finnish it excellant. Staff very friendly and helpful . great querky reception and very welcoming rooms very comfortable and airconditioned breakfast rooms was very clean and tidy and there was a choice of hot or cold breakfast."

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly, check in was easy and luggage room very well equipped with lockers also, air conditioning leaked quite a bit and could do with extra pillows and towels as only two very small towels given, shower was broken and also leaked hence the extra towels would be handy. Restaurant very good, pool area quite small so need to get there early even out of season. Overall nice location and good stay just a few minor things could make it excellent."
