Room was so clean and organized. Not too much noise from where our room was. We loved every second of our stay! We’ll probably book again when there’s another occasion. "

"I loved my room and my bathroom. My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is. Great patio and great pool. The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set. Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well. Loved Dallas Plano NYLO!"

"The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The parking was convenient and anywhere we wanted to go was right near the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We were very impressed that they had a smart TV that offered prime, Netflix, etc. A lot of hotels that we have gone to do not give you that option. I would definitely stay at this property again!"
