"The property is in a great location for a fun stay in downtown Long Beach. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and other venues. The rooftop pool is very nice. The only downside was you do have to self-park in a nearby parking structure and walk back to the hotel."

There was tables outside where you ordered your expensive food (2 orders of tacos, 2 can sodas and 1 margarita, $92.00, this amount includes a automatic 20% tip that is included on all orders. You either ate outside or take back to your room."

"Staff was very attentive. They had people help with our luggage. The room didn't have a minifridge as I had requested which had to be brought in for an extra charge. There was no microwave in the room or coffee maker. Did come with 2 free bottles of water. There was only 1 wash cloth upon arrival. I had to ask for more at the front desk for my husband and I. Bartender was rude and drinks were overpriced for the quality. Staff was closing the outdoor area early despite customers still being on...
