"“Highly Recommended: Clean, Modern, and Welcoming” We had a wonderful stay at Sondor Hotel in Ksamil last July. From the moment we checked in, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The breakfast buffet was excellent – plenty of variety and freshly made dishes. We were especially happy to learn that a Filipino chef is part of the kitchen team, as most of the food we enjoyed every morning was prepared with real care and flavor. Our room exceeded expectations: it was spotless every day with fresh sheets and towels, beautifully designed with high-end finishes like marble, and very spacious. Not to mention the luxury smart curtains. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large layout with his and her sinks and – our favorite detail – a bidet, which you don’t often find in hotels here. Being at the end of the floor, we also got the bonus of having two balconies, which was a lovely touch. The staff were fantastic – both the manager and the receptionist were always polite, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. While we wished the pool had already been finished so we could enjoy it, everything else more than made up for it. The location is also very convenient: there’s a mini grocery store right next door, plenty of restaurants nearby, only a 10-minute walk to Poda Beach, and just 3 minutes to the bus stop. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend Sondor Hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil."

"Super comfortable beds in a modern, newly furnished hotel. Very happy with the room quality. The pool area is excellent however there are not enough sun loungers for the large number of guests in peak season. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, however you need more coffee options or a machine. Tap water is not safe to drink in Ksamil, and usually 4* hotels would provide a bottle of water with each daily room clean, however this hotel did not. You are forced to walk down the road to the shop, or pay 2 euros for 20cl in the minibar. Not ideal! The staff are amazing, it's run by a big family and they are all friendly, with the younger team speaking great English. Location is great, only a 10min walk down to the main strip for restaurants/nightlife, but still far enough for quiet relaxation. I think all hotels are expensive in Ksamil during peak season (July/August) but I was happy overall with Lord's Hotel, mostly due to the beauty of Ksamil. I hope to return someday!"
