$100.00 damage deposit is ridiculous, can't smoke on the balcony. No housekeeping till morning and if they're there they will snitch on you. Designated smoking area is practically a mile away from the building. The pet fees and rules are a bit harsh. Bathroom stinks of sewage, the water pressure sucks and if you want a hot shower or water in the sink forget it.

We stayed one night, they called us at 7:42am saying they gave us the wrong room (we had already slept and were packing to leave when they called). It was very unprofessional and the building itself was very unclean and in need of pretty big renovations.

I was pleased about the staff, they were friendly and helpful. But some of the equipment in my room did not work. The remote no matter what did not work, some of the channels on the cable/satellite had no sound, the clock was not working. I was pleased about the breakfast ticket, going to Reagan's is a very good idea.
