Hotel berdekatan Pigeon Creek Golf Course

"Hot tub not working. No hot water pressure to take a shower, just a trickle of warm water. Had to remove pkg materials to use foldout bed. Had to go to desk to get bedding for pullout and towels for 3rd person. Only one staff person in whole hotel. Should be given a medal for patience. Hotel overbooked by 18rooms! Think i should get $100 refund-no shower, rediculous!"

"We had a very good stay at Staybridge Suites Holland by IHG. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a gentleman and made the check-in process easy.
