"This was such a beautiful place! We loved everything about it. The staff made us feel like we were at home with family. It was decorated so beautifully and our room was perfect! " Hotel bem longe do centro histórico (necessário carro). Foi difícil encontrar pelo endereço do hotel. Só achei após clicar pelo app do Hotéis.com e direcionar por lá. Banheiro pequeno e com escada dentro para o vaso sanitário - perigoso à noite. O proprietário atende super bem, recepção prestativa e água e refrigerante no frigobar sem custo - excelente. Café da manhã e restaurante excelente com pratos típicos e boa qualidade. Jantamos no hotel e adoramos a qualidade de tudo. "

"Had a great stay at Hotel Italia. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling! The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza. Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!"

"Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good.
