"This is a nice hotel in a small city. It is updated, clean and convenient to nearby attractions, and there is a wonderful full-service, fine dining restaurant on the property. The breakfast is very good. Service was wonderful - everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist. There is also a nice pool and lobby bar. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Avellino."

"The hotel was very nice.We stayed with two babies and felt safe and welcome .Even we arrrived at 2 am we were welcomed with a warn smile . Room was big and having 4 beds was a blessing . The breakfast and late checkout were also a blessing . We had the softest and fluffiest croassants one can imagine . "We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. "
