"Great staff, room and nice parking"

"Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price ."

"The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!"

"The staff was hit or miss; at check-in, they had a hard time making keys. They chalked it up to a machine issue. Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. The rooms are in decent shape, I would also add the staff is not keen on making sure they’re keeping up with housekeeping unless you continually ask The breakfast was actually probably the highlight...

"Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was very good every morning. We loved the fact that our was a 10 min walk to carowinds so we didn't have to drive. The breakfast had different hot choices every morning which was a nice change. The only things we didn't like was the fact there wasn't a safe and a laundry line in the shower to hang our swimsuits after swimming in the pool. But those are small things compared to the rest.
