The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. "There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can."

"The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin"

I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit!
