This hotel is very old and outdated. The location is far from everything — there are no convenient stores or town nearby, except La Paz, which is about 30 minutes away. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel amenities were quite poor overall. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were essentially useless. During our stay, we found three cockroaches in our room. I understand this can be common in Mexico, but it was still the final straw in what was already a disappointing experience. When we arrived at the airport, the rental car company had oversold vehicles, leaving us without a car for two days, which made transportation very challenging. Uber drivers were generally unwilling to travel all the way to the hotel, and although we were given the contact information for an excellent taxi driver, Alejandro, it often took 25–30 minutes for him to reach us. I would recommend this hotel only to travelers on a tight budget or to those with very modest expectations.

First, the staff at this hotel are fantastic. They made up for a lot of of the things that have gone downhill. Rooms and Buildings: When we were there, they were painting the outside of the hotel so at least it looked a little nicer in that regard. Inside, the beds were comfortable and pillows were firm enough to get by. The a/c and ceiling fan did work properly although the fan switch made no sense and the ceiling fan was loud. They apparently have refrigerators to rent,but we never saw those. However, the amazing clean staff did provide us with some Styrofoam coolers which fit our needs. In order to get ice, you need to buy it from the restaurant, which is not the end of the world. The entire facility has definitely seen better days and is rundown a bit. Location: We chose this location as it was closer to the snorkeling areas where we wanted to drive to and explore. We also chose this location as there was a dive shop that was previously affiliated with it, but that is no longer around and we found that many of the activities we did end up scheduling outside of our snorkeling adventures required us to drive back into town. The next time I go to La Paz, I will be staying in the downtown area instead for this reason and there is nothing to do without driving 30 minutes back to town. There is a security guard at the entry. The parking lot it's itself is weird and super rough. Free parking though. Cute private beach. There is a pool we did not use and A restaurant.

This was likely an amazing place before the area was hit by hurricanes then the pandemic and other challenges, For the price it was incredible, the location is good if you want to be away from town. They are working hard to fix it up and make it a viable resort again. I recommend it if you are willing to sacrifice luxury for price and good service.

Toto Bien — Bless Their Hearts The staff is genuinely lovely and the AC is a gift from the gods. That’s where the good news ends. My room had a sliding glass door where a window should be. The ceiling fan rattled so aggressively I slept with one eye open waiting for it to become a projectile. The sink water had a smell that raised questions I didn’t want answered. The property is tired — like, structurally having a moment tired. No diving tours on-site anymore, so don’t book it for that. Stay in La Paz near amenities and just drive out to dive or snorkel. The bay is worth the trip. The motel is… a story you’ll tell later. Kind people. Rough around every edge. Manage expectations accordingly.

Es un hotel para descansar, tranquilo, limpio y accesible, rústico como dice en la descripción. La pasé muy bien, el personal es muy accesible y amable, solo mejoraría el menú del restaurante (más opciones tanto de alimentos como de bebidas).

Un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, si bien las habitaciones no son grandes, ni nuevas están muy limpias y en buenas condiciones. La atención del front desk es muy buena. Ah y no es nada tenebroso como por ahi leímos en alguna reseña (sin sentido). El desayuno fue bastante bueno y regresare a probar las hamburguesas que nos comentaron en recepción que estaban buenísimas! Si bien es cierto el restaurante cierra a las 3pm en recepción hay algunas botanas y el restaurante de la playa pichilingue cierra a las 7pm y esta bastante cerca, a 5 minutos en vehículo. La playa a pesar de ser pequeña, es perfecta para pasar el dia. Hicimos snorkeling y vimos muchos peces. Incluso desde el balcón del restaurante se pueden observar muchos peces nosotros vimos incuso un pulpo y manta rayas. Regresaremos con gusto!

NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ. PUNTOS NEGATIVOS: 1. El día primero de enero no contrataron personal y no hubo limpieza de cuartos. 2. El tercer día nos cambiaron de cuarto porque HABÍAN CHINCHES. 3. Las toallas estaban súper viejas. 4. Le urrrrrrrrrrge mantenimiento en general. 5. La playa tenía basura y durante días nadie la limpió ( lo hicimos nosotros varias veces). 6. Por el dinero que pagas puedes contar con opciones mucho mejores dentro de La Paz. 7. La televisión de la habitación 145 estaba descompuesta. 8. El servicio de cable es malísimo. 9.
