Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Couldn't stay

The room wasn't clean furniture wss very old kitchen was dirty no linens. A huge lwak in the bathroom. The manager founs another place for us that she said was more expensive but she covered the cost. I was charge by expedia 65000 clp ( chilean pesos) manager said she only gets 40000. Bad experience do not recomend.
