"A beautiful hotel with old world charms. The room is spacious and elegantly furnished. The room has a small window but it gives a gorgeous rooftop view of the neighborhood. Walking into the hotel you immediately recognize it's a historic site. The staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. You can have them book dinner or water taxi reservations. "Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable."

Was wir leider schade fanden, dass es in der Lobby immer kalt und ungemütlich war sich aufzuhalten, ausser an den Abenden, wenn weniger Bewegung für Zu- und Abgang der Kunden war. Im Restaurant war es etwas besser. Warum montieren Sie nicht ein Wärmevorhang, speziell vor der Schwingtüre, die ja viel für den Zugang mit Gepäck benutzt werden muss. Auch für den Angestellten Client Service. Man weiss es ist Winter, doch gibt es...

Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "
