"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"Great hotel in perfect location 5 mins from St Marks square, so relatively quiet with plenty of restaurants about. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent."

We had a first floor room with a canal view and watched the gondolas go by our windows - beautiful! It was very close to the Rialto area but did not have all the busyness of that area.
