Very friendly staff that were communicative before, during and after our stay. Convenient, short 15 mins walk from the train station. Close to everything we wanted to do in Bologna. Highly recommend. "Perfect boutique hotel, the staff ( every single one of them) were amazing, they were polite, eager to help and always smiling and laughing. The room was very well appointed, quiet and clean. The bar on the ground floor was very inviting and cozy. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked solid (make sure to reserve in advance) and the rooftop terrace was closed (probably due to time of year). Hotel location was walking distance to most of the sights. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was in a great location, easy walking to the centre of the city, a lot of nearby eateries and shops. The staff were all friendly and all spoke English, and even though it was opposite the railway station and Via Emilia, it was very quiet both during the day and the evening. The Marconi Express made it a seven minute ride from the airport which was a great bonus.!"
