"The noise from the street and other parts of the hotel echoed all night. It was way too noisy to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, and the staff were very good. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but I’d try not to stay there in a room with windows on the main drag."

The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price."

"The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The room was very basic, closet had a weird smell, you could hear everything going on in the rooms nearby. "

"We liked the location - very close to train and bus stations made it easy to arrange day trips to nearby locations. The kitchen was well equipped and a food market was nearby. We enjuyhe good sized balcony. Erik was very attentive to our minor move in issues and he even came to the train station to pick us up for our check in."

"The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your city tax and get registered. Someone does come everyday to clean the kitchen, but not your room, which is fine, but a broom and access to some cleaning supplies would be nice. The room is very quiet at night except on Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant below you changes to a club and the music is loud until about 1:00am. If are not a night owl I would avoid the weekend. "
