"We enjoyed our one night stay at Kala rooms, the room overlooked the Piazza which was lively especially in the evening. The accommodation is in a great location, the marina is very close by, there are so many bars, restaurants and Gelato shops. The main strip is literally a minute away. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend."

"Stayed one night, the location is excellent however the rooms are small and have weird javel smell. Their Ac was not working effectively although we had it at 18c. Also there was a nauseating smell in the entrance of garbage. It has no elevators so if you are traveling with a large suitcases,I would think again. "The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. "The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

"Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out.
