"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"

"Bra rum och rent två våningar upp branta och smala hiss saknades svårt få kontakt med personalen som sedan inte hittade vår bokning, en man som enbart kommunicerade på italienska kom och kollade våra pass och förvann sedan ingen info för övrigt, den fria parkeringen som finns i annonsen existerar inte utan vi fick ägna 45 minuter att leta efter en betalplats utefter gatan, "frukost" serveras 5 minuter bort på en kombinerad spel och tobakshandel och består av en kopp kaffe och vanilj bulle....

"Lovely to be greeted promptly by the helpful owner who answered our question about getting to the bus station on foot and later replied quickly about how to use the gas hob. Our time in the property was very short so we didn't even get to try what looked like a fantastic shower. Great location. It really was only a minute to the sights quoted."

"L'apparence de l'immeuble déroute au premier abord, cependant nous avons eu une très agréable surprise en entrant dans l'appartement, qui était à l'état neuf et très bien aménagé. Des boissons étaient à notre disposition. Un coin cuisine commun était disponible pour préparer les repas. Le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation a été pris dans un café proche. Il était bien. Très bon accueil par notre hôte."

"We loved this apartment. Vanessa and her brother operate a hotel and multiple apartments in Piazza Armerina. Our apartment was fantastic. It is very centrally located and had it’s own reserved parking spot right outside the door. Two bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a large bedroom. For the 3 in our party, it was the most spacious spot we stayed during 2 weeks in Sicily. Vanessa was extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants - which were fantastic. She was also very gracious with other...
