"Great hotel and accommodation! We loved the beautiful high floor deluxe room we got, the service especially Gregory’s..was excellent. The only downside was during breakfast..the hotel was packed and full of people dining which affects the service and the vibes ..we didn’t like it so much. Location is very convenient too. "

"Superb hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. We had a swift check-in (and we were early) and room was ready. Polite efficient reception staff. Room was a good size, nice bathroom with full size bath and good power shower. All facilities were superb. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was superb! Huge choices from hot selection, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, freshly made omelettes, continental, salad, ham, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, cereals, porridge, fresh bread and rolls,...

Es un clásico de la ciudad, con un servicio impecable, habitación de buen tamaño con camas cómodas y cuarto de baño al nivel. La cafetería del hotel pone unos esmerados cafés y tiene una bollería escasa, pero buena."

"All the hotel staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The room was always clean, and the breakfast was very diverse. The only thing that could be improved was the pool — it wasn’t warm enough, just mildly warm, which made it hard to get into on these cold days."
