It was a peaceful sanctuary with many places to relax and unwind. The host was very caring and went above and beyond to look after all our needs. I would add that our room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. I really look forward to visiting again in the future."

"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

"This was a great choice for our too-brief stopover in Cuneo, en route to Ferrovia delle Meraviglie; Cuneo to Ventimiglia, next morning. We arrived by train at 10.36 pm & Hotel Victoria is an easy, quick, flat stroll from the station. Very comfortable mattress, not super hard like most we had in Italy, we slept very well, yay! Excellent bathroom & shower. Breakfast was also very good, with excellent coffee, savoury, sweet & in-between options. Reception staff efficient & friendly."
