"Everything good, except they did NOT give me the right room!!!"

"This was the absolute perfect start and stay for our honeymoon trip. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The views from the 52nd floor as well as the rooftop were impeccable. We just wished they offered amenities for Thai massages or spa packages. It could be because they were preparing and saving it for the festival week, but that would be my only critique. Everything else, breakfast, dinner, service, all amazing 10/10. "

"The breakfast was a large spread. Clean open room. Loved the services, had a massage and enjoyed the fact that it is a spa not just a plan service and done. It was a spa like experience just what I needed after all the walking in the humidity. Thank you! Highly recommend. "
