Close to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary & Temples

Checking staff 24/7 much appreciated! Quiet, easy to sleep. Breakfast buffet included. Restaurant and cafe on site. Some rooms alas not mine have balconies with steps straight into the pool. Close to temples, elephant sanctuary, mid way point to the northern beaches, mangroves and the pier to get to Phang nag bay.

Quiet and clean. The pool is nice. Didn't get to stay in the room with the jacuzzi but i think the pool is just as good. Also, the breakfast is not bad.

The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. They helped directed me to the best places for shopping and activities. The bar and food they served was Top Tier as well as the in-house Massage and Spa they provide. I found my Go To Place when I come to Thailand. And the pool was absolutely beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. I felt well taken care of. Thank you Staff for a wonderful experience

The staff seemed unfamiliar with assisting customers with concierge services or making recommendation for local attractions and restaurants. The entrance to the property has no curb appeal. I was shocked when I got dropped off because it looked like a rundown motel. I almost didnt get out of the vehicle. There's nothing to do or see in the area - the location is very undesirable. It is definitely not walkable for anyone with a mobile disability. But if you are brave enough to traverse the highway - exercise extreme caution. The hotel itself is in my humble opinion a 2.5-3 stars should not be a 4 star. It does not provide the amenities that 4 star hotel is known to offer. The wifi service was horrible, completely unreliable- it kept disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. The hot water was barely lukewarm and it was throughout my stay. Thankfully, I only stayed there one night, actually I had intended a longer stay had things worked out. However, one of worst experience is that while I was on the second floor - both the noise from the bar and highway made sleep difficult.

The hotel itself was lovely, very clean & the staff were very friendly & attentive. The staff were great. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the internet - you had to get a login card & it keeps logging or timing out after a period of time. A tip: make sure you get a card per person per device as you can only use one device per login card. Also make sure you either have a car or a scooter for transport or are prepared to take a taxi everywhere as the location, while only about 25 minutes from the main part of Patong, is not really in a place where people can walk anywhere.

Utmärkt hotell men inte centralt i stad

Fint hotell med mycket bra personal. Bra standard på rum och gym. Städningen var också mycket bra. Gångavstånd till Robinson Lifestyle. Pool finns Fint ställe men man bör kunna transportera sig. Vi åkte bland annat lokalbuss till Phuket City.

とても清潔で気持ちよかったです。スタッフの皆さんが少し英語が苦手内容で意思の疎通に手間取ることがありましたが、それでも一生懸命対応してくれたので助かりました。周辺に飲食店が少なく、歩道のない大きな幹線道路しか歩けないのでそこだけ残念かもしれません。
