"Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. "Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

"Fantastic resort. Staff were very helpful. Biggest resort I’ve ever stayed in, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful pool & good happy hour every day. Great buffet breakfast. One of our kids needed stitches and there was a nurse on site that assessed him very quickly and helped us with information to the nearest medical centre. This area of phu quoc is mostly just resorts. There were however some nice restaurants on the beach right next door to the resort if you don’t want to...

"The most amazing boutique hotel. Gorgeous beach, incredible architecture of the villas (stayed in the 'jacuzzi' room), luscious infinity pool and delicious buffet breakfast. Staff is so kind, the bed is wonderful, the toiletries all eco and excellent. Serene and yet there are kayaks to take out to explore as well. Definitely recommend."
