I did not use their airport transport service which was a big selling point for me as it was an Uber and they could not guarantee speedy service at 4am to the airport. Pillows are horrible and the bed would sqeak everytime I moved. Not the best nights sleep by bit the worse I've had.

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Flooring/carpeting in room was dirty. They need a good shampooing and/or replaced. Pools were unsupervised, so obnoxious teenagers take over the hot tubs and typical families cannot enjoy their time.
