"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The manager, Tristan, went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable. The food and drinks after a long day of driving were incredible. I had an accessible room on the top floor, but the elevator worked quickly and efficiently. I don't have a single complaint (rare for me!)"

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."
