Good enough mid-price hotel by Cambobia standards
The hotel is good enough compared to other mid-price hotels in Cambodia. The Wifi is better than others in that range. There are few daytime restaurants within 200 meters of the hotel. But four open only at night. The hotel has the same breakfast every day, and a few foods for lunch and dinner. There are few shops near selling packaged foods and other neccessities.
Spent two nights. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Some confuse on free airport transfer but it was worked out. Price included breakfast. First morning breakfast absolutely disgusting. What was remaining was exposed, not covered in any manner. Everything including coffee was cold. Very limted selection. No, explanations or any concern from dining staff. Second day, I did not even waste my time to check. Apparently tour bus books this hotel on regular basis or maybe just my luck. About 5 rooms per floor and the tour bus guest had no common courtesy. They shouted, played music , stomped around from room to room with all rooms open. My observations are unless your Chinese touring you might find this hotel disapponting. The rooms are nice though.
the hotel is great...the problem is that it is very far from where things are. i didnt even bother to negotiate with tuk tuk drivers because i felt bad for how far they had to take me..and i only saved 10 bucks a night over a place on the river

Ok
Always stay here when I go to Phnom Penh! Rooms are good for what you pay for. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Love the noodle soup and eggs for breakfast cooked fresh. Bit far from everything but suits my situation :)

Generally okay
Decent hotel with decent price, aircon are not really cold, toilet is nice, bed is comfy
Hotel staff were nice helpful. Hotel met standards, good for the price!
Gentleman who worked in the hotel as a porter offered to be our tuk tuk driver one evening. Was extremely inappropriate and felt cheated by him so paid him one way instead of return and got another driver. That was the only negative point.
I stayed here looking for a good deal, and failed to research the general location before making the reservation. If you're planning on navigating through Phnom Pehn to sightsee via tuk-tuk, and don't speak Khmer, expect issues with them not being to find this obscure location.
The room had an unpleasant stench. The shower water wouldn't heat up. The room was small, but overall pretty comfortable.
Overall, I had a decent experience here. The hotel was fairly cheap, the location was just terrible. I think I spent all the money I saved on the room on tuk-tuks. One night I had to take 3 different tuk-tuks back to find the place, spent as much as the room cost.
