The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful during our entire three week stay. Good location, with easy access to riverfront via a short tuk tuk ride, and the infinity pool with skybar and exercise facilities on the rooftop are wonderful, with some of the best unobstructed panoramic views of the city and the rivers that I have seen in many trips to the area.

This is a very clean hotel with great restaurants, pool, and gym. I had booked this hotel because they had washer/dryers in the unit. Turns out it's only a washer and there was no drying rack in the unit. The wonderful staff arrange for our laundry to be cleaned (cheaper than other hotels, but more expensive than contacting the Laundromat directly). My only criticism was the beds were too firm and the pillows too thin.

I’m not joking, but this hotel is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I will definitely be staying here again and I SERIOUSLY LOVE IT OMG. The staff are extremely helpful and kind—the rooms are super clean and there’s legit no sound at all. There’s so many food locations nearby and I absolutely love that!

Bed frame broke in the third night. We were not staying in the next day so they had two days to fix. When we returned they still had not fixed. Eventually it was fixed safe stopped working. Overall room was solid but not over the top. Amenities were excellent. Top floor pool and bar area was great. Restaurant food was very good. After 8 days of room service, teenagers, the ninth day they would not let my kids sign for it. They came back and requested for us to pay cash. Notified the front desk, never heard back. Strange. Maybe our bad luck, but things were not handled well even though the were nice

A great family hotel

An ideal hotel if you are traveling with kids that would like their own room. We booked the 2-bedroom room and it was perfect. Also it hd a washing machine in the room so we could wash all our dirty travel clothes.

Stunning view

Very good and comfy hotel. Really enjoyed it. Well situated, 20mn walk to Wat Phnom and of course lots of tuk tuk available. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The swimming pool is just beautiful with a stunning view. I recommend this hotel.

The staff here was the most friendly, helpful, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable I’ve seen at a premium hotel. I was overall very impressed and happy with all the amenities and cleanliness. Most of all Molika and Muoy at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient checking me in and out. So I have zero complaints!
