"The hotel, amenities and pool were great! The only downside was we found the food options kind of bland and boring. Also, most of the staff are not as friendly as expected. Most of the time, they seemed unhappy to be there. Overall, we had a nice time."

It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed and the view was perfect. Staff was great and the Gingerbread Cafe is well recommended. That being said, rooms are dated and could use a update."

"Breakfast was painfully slow, on one day breakfast took over one hour. The kitchen wither works very slowly or is severely understaffed. The car park didnt have electronic keys available during our 5 days, we had to have the bell hop walk us to car park each time so they could use their car park key to let us out. "
