Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion

The free airport shuttle was extremely late. Waited a hour and a half when its supposed to pick up every 30 minutes. The driver was rude and the step getting out of the shuttle was broken and we almost fell. The hotel is under construction and was not notified or informed of this prior to arrival. The two women and the front desk were nice. But will never stay there again. Also saw that the room was almost $100 cheaper but because we already checked in Expedia would not give me w credit for the difference. Wont be booking through again because of that

My stay was awesome overall. Great rooms,amenities and great staff. My only issue was that my room was directly opposite to the housekeepers general room and it was noisy in the morning while they got the stuff they needed for their job. It made it hard to get the extra sleep/ relaxation needed in the morning.

Fantastic location for touring all the historic sights! We walked everywhere and the area is safe and beautiful. Our king room was sufficient with a nice bathroom. Elevators were quick. Front desk staff great! Some one off things like garbage that hung around hallways too long. Front door valet staff is pretty disinterested and on their phones most time.
