"The night attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not accommodating to the fact that I could not be in a room that was smoking. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It had someone else’s hair in there. The couch was dirty."

"Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!"

"It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely.
