I liked that it had a clean kitchen with dish soap, hand soap, fridge, cutlery, scissors, and a lot of things you just kind of need, which i didnt have to go out and rebuy. Also getting in by code increased the security, which I liked. Location was in the heart of downtown. Reataurants and convenient stores a walk away. I didnt like the jammed shampoo bottle which had me looking for alternatives. They give you earplugs for a reason and the shades are not full light blocking. They also provide earplugs which you need to cope with the city noise. Not the hotels fault that downtown gets noisy. And soundproofing can be expenssive for a building. Also I dont know how powerful the ventillation is because the outtake vents didnt pass the "tissue test" ( did not suck a tissue square when placed near it.)

This was the first time I book a hotel on my own and I had a great experience. I don’t think I want to go back to the usual hotel experience, this was different with the whole apartment feel. It was cozier. It was smooth checking in and out. All seemed too good to be true.

The property has great potential with its beautiful building, but it is in dire need of a paint job. Unfortunately, scuff marks are visible along the walls and in the suite. The bathroom was another issue, with the shower knob barely hanging on. In the living room, we found a broken lamp and dirty duvet covers on the pull-out sofa. Additionally, for a three-night stay with three people, only three washcloths were provided. Despite requesting more, we were only given extra towels. On a positive note, the location is excellent, being close to everything, and the in-suite washer and dryer were convenient for washing the limited washcloths we had. However, I probably wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here if they prefer luxury accommodations.
